Important Dates

As part of our service commitment to GW students, the Colonial Central team sends along the following important financial services deadlines, reminders, and information.

• GW student veterans receiving VA benefits should: (a) Complete the GW Request for Certification Form and return it to your certifying officer.  This document is available on the Veterans Services website: http://colonialcentral.gwu.edu/VeteranServices/forms/; (b) Contact your GW Certifying Officer if there is a change in the total number of credit hours for which you are registered – this will affect your certification.
• Spring Tuition Bills will be due on the first day of the Spring semester, Monday, January 14th, 2013.  Make sure your student account is paid in full to avoid late fees, interest charges, and holds.  Students can view their tuition and fee charges on student GWeb at https://banweb.gwu.edu.
• Spring Semester Holidays:
  
  Martin Luther King Jr. Day is Monday, January 21st, and classes will not be held.
  
  President's Day is Monday, February 18th  and classes will not be held.
