Important Information about GW Forms

Summer 2012 Request for Certification Form

·        Date: On-going

·        Please submit the Request for Certification Form online or as a pdf after you have registered.

·        If you change the number of hours registered after completing the certification form, a new Request for Certification Form must be completed. This ensures the correct information is provided to the Department of Veterans Affairs and an accurate amount of funds are allocated to your account.

Fall 2012 Request for Certification Form

• Per the Department of Veterans Affairs request, we will begin certifying Fall 2012 Request for Certifications around late July.  To ensure that student’s schedules are finalized and to avoid missing paperwork, please do not submit Fall 2012 Request for Certification Forms before July 2, 2012.

2011-2012 Yellow Ribbon Program

• Must submit by June 15, 2012 to use YRP funds in the 2011-2012 academic year.

2012-2013 Yellow Ribbon Program

• The 2012-2013 YRP application is anticipated to become available around mid-to-late May.  Please continue to check the website for updates.
